Drinks such as sodas, coffee, and teas that contain caffeine are diuretics, and thus cause fluid loss that must be replaced and the body must use water to dilute the high sugar content of fruit juice. This means we actually need to drink even more water to make up for drinking these other liquids.

Eat a good diet, with greater consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables, ideally organic.

Especially limit: candy, snack foods, sugar, caffeine, carbonated and sugar-filled drinks (except naturally carbonated water), fried foods, etc. If you can't give them up, then place them in one of the containers before consuming.

Avoid genetically engineered and radiated foods. Since at this time they are not labeled, shopping in health food stores and eating organic food is the best way to accomplish this. As stated above, if in doubt, place in one of the containers for 15 minutes.

Since our food supply is now depleted in nutrients, take good supplements and put them in the Mug, Cup or Foodtainer first.
